The drain was noticed leaking sewage in the driveway. The municipality was called and they soon attended to the matter and repaired the problem.

The light at the complex entrance was replaced. It had a lot of water inside and was rusting. The light was replace with a LED floodlight.

Lamps at pole number 4 and 6 were not giving any light. The lamps were replaced by LED 9W lamps.
